St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will be showing a screening of Jesus was a Migrant in partnership with Peoples Church of Flint and the Flint Alliance for Immigrant Rights.

Jesus Was a Migrant is a new documentary — executive produced by New York Times bestselling author and historian Dr. Jemar Tisby and co-executive produced and directed by Lauren Vernea — that follows Tisby to the U.S.-Mexico border to examine what American Christianity has done with the migrant. It asks the question many of us have been avoiding: What does our faith actually require?

Dinner will be at 5:30, movie will start at 6, and FAIR will be doing a talk back/Q&A afterwards.
